You have done a nice job with this image, under very difficult photographic conditions. Getting a group shot to work out with adults is difficult, but with children; impossible. A more uniform background would have been nice. The lighting is quite harsh and some of the highlights looklike they have been blown out. The image is a bit flatter than I would do it. Adjusting the contrast a little bit would give this image more "pop".

What to look for in future shots like this; the boy at the right front does not seem to be quite in focus and his hair blends into the dark area in the background. The boy in the middle has most of his face hidden. Had he been in the gap between the two boys in the front, this would not have been a problem.

The girl on the left is positioned in such a way that it looks like the support pillar is coming out of her head.

I like this image, but there are a few things you should try to correct the next time.
